Spa Information :
The Real Santander Spa Centre is the only one in Spain to have the famous « Relais Thalasso » appellation. It also has the Qualicert certification which is for your spa holidays in Spain, the guarantee of a high-quality service. This certification checks amongst others the quality of seawater used in spa treatments, its regular renewal, and the standards and qualifications of therapists.

Set up in 2003 in the outbuildings of the Real Hotel, the spa centre works in collaboration with the Labiomer Brand whose products are rich in minerals and trace elements. The spa centre further features an excellent La Prairie beauty centre.

In your spa hotel in Spain, a special attention is given to the quality of service provided. The hotel has limited on purpose the number of persons, in order to ensure a better attention and follow-up. You shall therefore be able to benefit from customized treatmentd and programs!

Over an area of 1400 sqm and spreading over 3 levels, this spa centre features 20 individual spa treatment cabins, spacious and bright with daylight. The area is both elegant and modern.

The spa-goers will have free access to the fitness room which comprises of treadmill, bike, stepper, rowing machine, body building equipment, etc. The « Hydromarine Area » provides furthermore free access to its heated seawater pool with waterfalls (32°C), swan necks jet, bubbling seats, swim lanes, sauna, steam bath and aromatherapy room. All spa packages include at least a daily massage. You will even be offered to choose to have your treatments in the morning or in the afternoon, according to what best suits you.

Bathrobes and towels are provided for spa-goers and are both replaced daily. The bathing cap and the bath slippers are compulsory (some can be bought on site).

The spa centre is opened from Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 2.30pm and from 4pm to 9.30pm. On Sunday, the centre is opened from 10am to 2pm.

Please note that this luxury spa hotel in Spain can also accommodate groups and seminars, with up to 500 persons for a cocktail. With their high ceilings, their richly-furnished style and brightness, the hotel business lounges are particularly adapted for all kinds of events or seminars. Upon request, audiovisual material can also be made available.

Please note that the Real Hotel also accept dogs with an extra charge of 20 Euros per day.

At some 17 km only from Santander, the Carbarceno park shall delight the young and the old alike. With an area of 1850 acres, this natural reserve is home to animals in semi-captivity such as bears, elephants and other dromedaries evolving in an outstanding natural setting. You shall therefore have the chance to admire those species as you drive along the made-up roads for an unforgettable experience!

Those who are fond of botany shall be most pleased to discover the Finca Puente San Miguel Garden, full of charm. Stretched over 17 acres, this garden shelters a nice mansion as well as centenary trees. One of them is a sequoia specimen of over 5 metres of diameter!
