The Thalasso & Spa centre at Elba Hotel features 1,400sqm dedicated to wellness, good shape, relaxation, weight loss.

Different spa and thalasso treatments are available in spa menus. The latter concentrate on a specific aim which you may choose according to your needs. Slimness, cellulite, relaxation, anti-ageing, rheumatism are the main programmes of this spa.

Even if longer programmes are more efficient, a simple spa week-end provides deep escapism on 3 or 4 days.

Thanks to the Elba Hotel, you can combine sea water care and discovery, when visiting Andalusia after or before your spa treats.
