Just a step away from one of the most beautiful beaches of the French coast, the center of thalassotherapy and spa of the Sables d′Olonne, created in 1989, is situated in a quiet and sunny environment. The provided care are high quality and reliable treatments. Hydrotherapy equipments are very up to date.

The spa, created in 1989, offers complete equipments, with cabins opening onto the outside.

The thalassotherapy treatments proposed are: water-massages bath, underwater shower, affusion shower, underwater jet sprays, alga wrap, hydrojet, phlébotone, massage-modelling, aquaerobics, sea sprayers...

An interesting concept was developped: that of the " Bioaesthetics Marine ». It is about restoring the balance between physical appearance and the image you have of yourself by a whole range of care and products.

INFRASTRUCTURE:

Health Area or « Espace Forme » in French, featuring fitness room with mates, treadmills, cross trainers, bike, etc.

Aesthetic area using beauty products:

- Body care: Californian modelling, beeswax hydrating care, comfort modelling, revitalizing and slimming sea wrap, crystal peeling with Dead Sea salt, foot reflexology, hair removal and care of hands, feet care, lashes care, anti cellulite treatment Cellu M6

- Face-care: face sea care, energy modelling with acupression, sweet care, Lift 6

Health Area: swimming pool of sea water warmed at 31 °C, sauna, solarium, hammam, room of body-building (barbells, cycles, and body-building devices), Jacuzzi, tennis and golf near the spa.

The spa centre of also proposes conferences to inform you on various subjects dealing with health and food:

- " The posture " with a pedicurist

- « relaxation and stress » with a doctor specialized in relaxation

- " food balance " with a dietician

Medical examination before the cure is advised, but not compulsory. In case of refusal of the medical examination, the client must come with a medical certificate of capacity delivered by their GP.

Note that you can participate to relooking sessions with an extra and add them to your treatment. These sessions help you to think about colours, make-up, hairstyle, forms and your wardrobe to completely change your appearance. The relooking consultation is individual and lasts 1h30 min.
