Each half day of your spa programme will give rise to the free and unlimited access to the Hydrotonic Area equipped with the following: a 25-metre long heated sea water swimming pool, underwater jets, heated benches, swan necks and geysers, sauna, steam bath and aromatherapy room. The latter will help you to relax in beach chairs opposite the sea while you will be sipping a herbal tea and unwinding with the captivating perfumes of essential oils scattered all around you... For a true moment of wellbeing and total relaxation during your weekend spa break in La Baule!

The Hydrotonic Area has in fact a noticeable feature worth mentioning: its glass roof is open during summer to make you enjoy La Baule mild climate to the most!

The Relais Thalasso La Baule uses 5 mixtures of different algae and draw the best properties out of them since they are known to be particularly rich in minerals and trace elements. As you spa in France, you should try the kelp, fucus, litotham kelp and spirulina algae or a fresh algae mixture for the limbs. In addition to its classical spa packages and treatments, your luxury wellness centre by the Atlantic Ocean also features a more intimate and cosy area which provides original, delightful and beauty treatments such as the cocoa or coffee topping or the fruity scrub.
