Spa Information :
This spa uses “living” sea water taken at 2 296 ft from the sea side and at a depth of 59 ft.

Its pureness and its quality are subject to constant controls.

This spa chose to remain on a human scale: 60 clients maximum per half-day.

About 20 different thalassotherapy treatments are provided, under a strict medical supervision.

Spa treatments are programmed alternately, one day in the morning and the next day in the afternoon, but always with a clear wish to customize the relation with each client. You will surely realize it right from your arrival when a hostess will suggest you to visit the spa resort.

9 different therapies are proposed in the spa of Frejus. They all last 6 days from Monday to Saturday except the Tonic Week end which lasts 2 days. Different care compose the program of each cure but those you will be provided are chosen especially for you.

The place : Frejus is a typical town of the southeast of France, right by the sea. Frejus combines the cheerful colours of Provence and Cote d′Azur, the blue of the sky and of the Mediteranean Sea, the ochre colour of the Esterel mountains but also the smells of thyme, olive and Provencal herbs.

The spa of Port Frejus is located near a beach, by the sea. Frejus is near the famous town of Saint Tropez. 230 days per year, the sun shines over the region, offering warm autumns and mild winters. Hotels and residences : Hotel "Thalassotherapie"
The hotel is near the thalassotherapy centre and has 105 rooms of about 247 ft² with a sea sight. Rooms offer a great comfort and are air-conditioned, with phone, TV, minibar, hairdryer, bathtub and safe. They all have a loggia.

You can access the spa dressed in your bathrobe directly from your room. The solarium located on the roof of your hotel will let you enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the mountains of Maures and Esterel.

Available on request: bottle warmer, bathtub for baby and a table to swaddle it. Your children under 6 can be looked after during your therapy for 7 €/hour.

Pets are accepted (5 €/day).

Restaurants : Restaurant "Hotel Thalassotherapie"
Only one restaurant but of quality proposes a traditional or low-fat Provencal cuisine with fragrant spices of the region.

Free meals for children under 3.

Children menus for 7.50 €.

Sports et leisures : The infrastructures of the spa are freely accessible to every guest: sea water swimming pool, hammam, relaxation room, gym classes, outdoor swimming pool.

To be visited in the region : the Esterel mountains for hikes or rock climbing, the archaeological site of the Clos de la Tour, the vineyards of Côtes de Provence, Saint Tropez, Grasse, capital of perfumery. History, gastronomy, traditions and landscapes: there are many points of interests in the region which are worth the detour.

Near the spa you can take advantage of all the activities of the famous French Riviera: 3 golf courses, tennis, scuba diving, sailing, fishing, parascending, jet-ski, casino, night club, and cinema. Access : By train
