Spa Information :
The Spa Centre of the South of France in the city of Bandol, which is linked to the 4 star hotel, offers 5 areas dedicated to your well-being only: thalassotherapy, spa, fitness, resting and herbal tea bar.

Thalasso Area: there you shall take all your sea water treatments, as well as the wraps and pressotherapy treatments.

Spa Area: a world of serenity where you shall take all your shaping up, esthetic, relaxation treatments. Everything is made for your well-being and beauty only in a zen atmosphere. Let the scents of the essential oils carry you away.

Resting Area: this relaxation room is filled of light and offers a direct access to a soft sanded private beach. You shall enjoy all the while an incredible sight of the Mediterranean Sea which should help relax your mind.

Herbal Tea Area: everyday, herbal teas are proposed for you to taste.

Fitness Area: bubble baths, Turkish baths and cardio-training room will complete your spa treatment.

A spa on the French Riviera offers a wide choice of treatments that should satisfy all your needs of well-being. For the Newly-Mom Spa Treatment, the accompanying guest can stay in the mother's room free of charge, so that she can enjoy her Post-Natal spa treatment freely.

Note that the spa centre doesn't have an indoor pool. You shall only be able to enjoy the outdoor pool of the spa hotel (which is not heated).

PRACTICAL INFO
The medical consult is strongly advised (extra fee for the Marine Energy, Institute, Spa Break and Short Stay packages - included in the price of all other treatments). If you have already had a medical consult, you are required to provide a certificate clearing you for spa treatments.

The Marine Energy and Institute Spa Treatments start on any day of the week, whereas all other specific treatments start on Mondays.

The treatments are scheduled on a half-day basis, alternating between mornings and afternoons.

Free access to the Well-Being corner during the whole day for the guests and clients: Turkish bath, bubble bath, cardio-training and solarium.

No treatments for minors and pregnant woman.
