With 160 people maximum having hydrotherapy at the same time, Thalazur Ouistreham privileges your comfort and a family atmosphere. It is a human sized institute.
Completely renewed at the end of year 2002, the thalassotherapy spa features several rooms dedicated to your wellness and beauty.
The health room is equipped with a warm sea water pool and an Aquavital course.
The sports room:
The centre is equipped with a gym (with sessions of stretch, aerobics, fitness) and body-building devices. Sports activities such as Qi Gong, aqua aerobics, aqua fitness, biking are offered and sports educators are at your disposal if you wish to consult them.
The relaxation room:
Around the pool, you can access freely to the relaxation room, the sauna, the hammam and the Jacuzzi as well as to 2 swimming pools maintained at 33°C to prolong the peace of mind of your stay.
You will also take advantage of the tired legs workshop, the tonic fountains and aqua-beds and relaxation in deck chair in front of south-oriented bay windows.
The beauty parlour:
The beauty parlour offers a wide range of beauty treatments for your face and body. Maria Galland and Sciences et Mer cosmetics will be used for your treats.
Programmes give unlimited access to the relaxation room. Sport option (session of body-building with a coach/ in room sessions), Beauty option (body scrub/ face lifting) or Relaxation option (session of aquatic relaxation/ face lifting) can be added to short stays.
