Spa Information :
The centre, inaugurated in 1963, was given ceaseless renovations to remain one of the first French centres in terms of quality and modernity of installations. With more than 40 years of experience, the staff of the centre has capacities and skills to offer up-market personalized care catered to your demand (doctors, physiotherapists, hydrotherapists, beauticians, sports educators and swimmimg coaches).

Infrastructure: the centre possesses more than 53 000 sq feet of surface of care with:

- Cabins of individual care

- A room of physical examination

- 4 swimming pools of care

- 2 swimming pools of relaxation

- 1 Beauty Space proposing packages or customized face-care (hydration, firming up or anti-wrinkle), body care (gumming, modelling, slimming care, drainage), care thinness ( Cellu M6), care for feet and hands (medical pedicurist, feet reflexology) and naturally hair removal, manicurists. Opened every day from 9 am till 7 pm and on Sundays from 9 am till 1 pm.

- 1 Health Club including the tonic water course (an area of nine activities in warm sea water stimulating blood circulation, muscular tonic effect and cardiovascular adaptation to the effort in a relaxing atmosphere, the corridor of walking with upstream, aquatic seats, swan necks, pool with sprays, bubbling pool, deck chairs, umbrella showers, sprays for legs.

The course is opened to the people not having hydrotherapy for 21 € a day and for 15 € for the people not having hydrotherapy staying at the Grand Hotel or in the Residence Neptunia.

It is opened from Monday till Saturday from 10 am till 1 pm and from 4 pm till 8:15 pm and on Sundays from 10 am till 1 pm and from 3 pm till 7 pm.

Saint Malo's maritime Thermal baths also propose you aquatic gym: sessions of aquaerobics, aquastretching and relaxation supervised by a qualified staff.

30 minutes sessions are proposed every day, several times a day for 30 € the half-day.

As far as fitness is concerned, 1 room of body-building is at your disposal with a rower, a stepper, cycles and virtual cycles, and other body-building devices. The presence of a skilled instructor, will allow you to be advised for your exercises during your session.

Also customized activities can be added to your cure and are suggested to people not having hydrotherapy like the total wellness package or the fitness package.

Saint Malo's maritime Thermal baths propose thalasso treatments directed towards 3 different subjects: health, thinness and the wellness. If you have less time, we suggest you the thalassotherapy weekend under three different options. They give you free access to the tonic water course during your stay, to the sauna, to the Good Shape session on the beach on Saturday and Monday morning, to the sea water swimming pool of relaxation, covered and warmed, to the room of body-building and cardio-training.

The Health Stays treat the traditional indications of thalassotherapy (rheumatism, after-effects of traumatism, back aches, circulatory incapacity) The medical examination and the personalized follow-up ensured during all your stay constitute a key element.

The Thinness Stays use methods targeted to help you remodel your body and to reveal all your beauty. Thalassotherapy, associated to beauty care or physical activities is the ideal and pleasant solution to get slimmer.

The Wellness Stays help you to let you go to deep sensations of relaxation, while protecting or improving your psychic and physical balance. Aesthetics care, associated to thalassotherapy and to the advices of specialists will give you a new energy.

Brittany Saint Malo

Slimming and Silhouette Spa Package 6d :

Right across the Channel, on the Northern French coast of Brittany, you can witness a beautiful and wild setting. It is there that the spa resort of St Malo, the Thermes Marins de St Malo welcomes you for a relaxing and restful spa break. You shall be well taken care of in the hands of the Slimming and Silhouette experts of the centre.

This spa package associates slimming treatments to physical activities and a healthy diet. A personalized program will be put in place for your, depending on your age and abilities to follow the rhythm of the treatments.

For your spa break in Brittany, you shall have 4 treatments per day for 6 day as follows:

-3 body massages or 3 hand affusions
-3 seaweed wraps
-6 monitored pool sessions (pool jets or tonifying)
-3 Cellu M6 sessions or 3 manual esthetic drainings
-3 either Pineapple or Active slimming treatments or 3 flat-belly massages
-6 hydrotherapy treatments in cabin (seaweed or essential oils jet baths, dynamic affusions, circulatory shower, great shower, underwater shower or Ondorelax)

This packages also includes:

-free access to the sea water course

To help you quickly regain a normal weight and the shapes that you want, it would be beneficial for you to practice a little sport between your spa treatments. The spa resort of Saint Malo offers several activities outside of the centre itself such as wind-boarding, kayak, diving... But for those interested, a golf course is also available not to far from the spa hotel of Brittany.
