Douarnenez thalasso centre receives you within an entirely renovated setting. The new equipments and appeasing and welcoming decor of this wellness centre will surely make you enjoy a fabulous thalasso spa stay.

The woods in the surroundings of the thalasso spa centre and the multiple ocean colors provide serenity for body and mind. As you first step in the border of the seawater swimming-pool opening onto the bay of Douarnenez, you will slowly indulge yourself in the quietness of this breathtaking landscape.

The centre is provided with all the facilities and equipments necessary for your thalasso treatments:

- 10 stalls for algae wrap
- 2 jet showers
- 2 affusion showers
- 6 jet bathtubs
- 6 massage rooms
- 1 pool

The team of professionals at Thalasstonic thalasso center (composed of a physician, physiotherapists, hydrotherapists, estheticians and life-guards) will take charge of your rehabilitation and well-being.

The thalasso treatment packages combine different techniques in order to achieve the expected results:

- marine hydrotherapy
- algotherapy
- modelages
- massages

Between two treatment sessions, you can wander about, draped in your bathrobe, within the convivial setting of the relaxation area, beauty lounge, and herbal tea bar. You are offered free access to the following facilities: seawater pool, jacuzzis, hammam, sauna, marine course, and cardio-training room.

During your thalasso sojourn in Douarnenez, you are provided with bathrobes and towels. Wear of bathing cap and pool sandals (you may bring yours or buy them in Douarnenez) are compulsory at the thalasso centre.

Bring along two bath suits, a sportswear and suitable shoes enabling you to benefit from cardio-training and some group activities.


PRACTICAL INFO

Please note that medical consultation is compulsory and included in all 6 day-long thalasso packages, except for the Shaping Up, Balance and Beauty packages in which it is optional.

The minimum age of a person allowed to undergo thalassotherapy treatments at Thallastonic thalasso spa centre is 18.

The centre is open every monday to saturday, and on sunday morning.

The hotel Thalasstonic of Douarnenez and its thalassotherapy centre invite you to live a wonderful thalasso spa journey in Brittany. It reserves you a warm welcome within its convivial atmosphere and all the necessary equipments to help you undergo successful thalasso spa treatments.

Come to get full energy and benefit from the reinvigorating thalasso treatments administered by the professional team of Douranenez Thalasstonic.

This package includes 26 treatments carried out during 6 days:

- 6 massages: 1 massage with hot stones, 1 plantar reflexology, 2 affusion massages, 2 muscular recovery physiotherapy massages
- 2 jet showers
- 3 esthetic treatments: 1 facial, 1 back care, 1 body massage
- 3 hydromassage baths
- 1 individually tailored muscle reinforcement program (6 treatments): gym courses adapted to the guest's needs (stretching, endurance, muscle reinforcement by means of different devices such as variogym, dumbbells, elastibands ...)
- 6 laminar algae wraps

Entry medical consultation is included and compulsory.

In addition to your thalasso treatments, you will have free access to the relaxation area with ludic seawater swimming-pool fitted with swan neck taps and underwater massaging jets, jacuzzis, hammam, sauna, marine course, and cardio-training room.

Bathrobes and towels are provided by the thalasso spa resort. Bring along your bathing cap and pool sandals (yours from home or bought in Douarnenez), which are compulsory a the thalassotherapy centre. Also bring two bath-suits, sportswear and suitable shoes to benefit from the cardio-training and some of the group activities.

The bay of Douarnenez is a favoured site for all water sports lovers, children and adults, who will be able to practice sailing, windsurf, diving, marine cave sightseeing by tourist speedboat, hiking by feet or mountain bike on various prepared paths along the seaside.
