Spa Information :
The Spa Centre of Brittany, in Port Crouesty, is integrated to the luxury hotel Miramar Port Crouesty. Thus there will be no need for you to leave the hotel to get to the spa centre. The spa centre itself is nearly only lit by the day light, and you can enjoy from there a panoramic view of the sea water lake.

You shall enjoy the particular attention of the professional and certified staff of the spa centre.

A wide range of sports activities is proposed to the guests: oxygenation, aqua-stretching, aqua-fitness, aqua-well-being, fitness while facing the sea... All these activities are of course monitored by certified instructors. Also: sporting sessions with an individual coach are also available.

PRACTICAL INFO:

Bathrobes and towels are provided. Bathcaps and slippers are compulsory.

Access to the fitness area is granted to the guest and accompanying guest for the duration of the spa treatments.

Free access to the sauna, hammam and fitness area.

The medical visit is compulsory as form 4 days of spa treatments at the spa centre of Port Crouesty (as a surcharge). You can also bring your own medical certificate clearing you for spa treatments.


You can start your spa package on any day of the week, except for the Prasama, Wu Dang and Thalasso Spa Packages which start on Mondays.

Newly Mom Spa Package 6d :

Becoming a mother is an event of great intensity in the life of a woman. But it is also a challenge for the body and its beauty.

This Newly Mom Spa Package was designed especially to help women rebalance their organism, slim down and strengthen their muscles. It is a 6-day program made to help the new mother get back into shape with the help of specific treatments proposed by the spa centre of Brittany.

This spa package can be taken on either a full board or a half board basis.

A follow-up by a physiotherapist is included.

All the necessary equipments for you baby's care are provided (bed, changing table, bottle heater...).

Your Newly Mom Spa Package comprises of the following treatments:

-3 massages
-3 showers (with special shower heads)
-3 strengthening wraps
-3 mother special chest treatments
-3 multi-jets baths
-3 underwater jets
-3 specific pressotherapy treatments
-3 slimming underwater showers
-1 baby massage workshop

A dietitian will be following up on your diet and will give you the necessary advices so that your weight loss lasts even after you leave the spa centre of Brittany. And if you come with your baby, the nursery is free of charge for the duration of the mother's daily spa treatments (not during the schools holidays).

You shall also have access to the relaxation facilities, hammam, sauna, fitness... Enjoy also monitored sport activities in the pool: aqua-stretching, aqua-fitness, aqua-well-being...
