Spa Information :
The spa centre of Biarritz welcomes you to a luxurious, elegant and refined environment. Just a few steps away from the city centre, right on the Miramar Beach, the spa centre is ideally located for most relaxing and restful spa holidays. The spa centre offers, on top of its ideal location, a splendid view of the Atlantic Ocean.

This spa centre was entirely renovated in 2002, and has, since then, developed the genuine concept that are the individual pavilions. Four well decorated pavilions are there for your comfort only, and you shall receive your treatments in the same pavilion for the duration of your stay.

The main concern, at this spa centre, is the quality of the services and the comfort of the guests. The space and atmosphere have thus been turned towards an intimate and friendly décor with a sensual and recreational touch that has been added to the activities proposed by the centre, as well as the design of new treatments. All this for the comfort and pleasure of the guests only.

You shall have free access to all the facilities of the complex for the duration of your spa vacation in Biarritz. Enjoy restful and peaceful moments while in the resting area, facing the ocean and sipping a beneficial herbal tea. Or maybe you would rather enjoy the revitalizing and tonifying atmosphere of both underwater jets swimming pools, or a few sessions at the gym room ?

Looking for relaxation and rest while on your spa vacation in France? The hammam of the spa centre of Biarritz offers the perfect atmosphere for that with its large columns, mosaics and soft lighting, giving to the room an oriental look.

The “Relaxation Lagoon” offers a very unusual sight. Designed in the form of a corolla, you shall enjoy there a delightful moment, completely out of this world, with the relaxing music and soft lighting.

On top of your spa package, as a client of the Regina Hotel, you shall be granted full access to the sauna, hammam and fitness room of the Miramar Hotel (which is located only 300 meters away from the Regina Hotel, it is a 5 Star hotel connected to the spa centre).

You shall also have free access to the outdoors pool of the Regina hotel (between May and October).

Bathrobe, bathcap and towels are provided.

Slippers are compulsory (to be brought along or bought at the hotel's shop).

PRACTICAL INFO

For any stay lasting a minimum of 4 days, you shall need to provide a medical certificate clearing you for spa treatments.

For stays lasting less than 4 days, you will be asked to sign a discharge.

The medical certificate is compulsory for pregnant women. They should state their condition along with the booking, or at their arrival at the spa centre.

The Spa Centre of Biarritz is open everyday. Mondays to Saturdays between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm and 2 pm and 7pm. On Sundays between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm and 2 pm and 6 pm.

Slimming Spa Package 6d :

If you wish to loose some weight while on your spa break in Biarritz, this spa package is the one you want. It combines spa treatments, sports activities, beauty treatments and a healthy diet to help you regain a fine and balanced silhouette.

Note that this spa package is for men as well as women, and that the full board at the dietetic restaurant is compulsory.

For the duration of your spa break in Biarritz, you shall follow a planning designed by pros for you only:

-On your first day of treatment, you shall have an appointment with a doctor, a dietitian and your personal sports coach to set up the best planning for you to follow, whether it is according to your treatments, activities or diet.

Spread over 6 days, this Slimming Spa Package features the following:
-1 body scrub at the beginning of the week
-9 individual slimming treatments
-4 wraps
-6 slimming treatments
-1 relaxation massage
-3 underwater jets sessions
-6 sports sessions

+3 balancing appointments:
-2 dietetic appointments: to make an assessment with the dietitian and observe the effects of the treatments.
-1 workshop on diet and nutrition: to show you how to make the effects of the spa last long after you've returned home with some counseling and recipes.

Possibility of taking low-calorie cooking courses (as a surcharge).

As a client of the Regina Grand Hotel, on top of your spa treatments, you shall have free access to the sauna, hammam and fitness room of the Miramar (located only 300m away, it is a 5 Star Hotel connected to the spa centre).

You shall also have access to the outdoors pool of the Regina Grand Hotel (between May and October) for the duration of your spa vacation in the Basque Region of Southwestern France.

The bathrobe, bath-cap and towels are provided. Slippers are compulsory (you can either bring yours or buy a pair at the hotel).

Note that for all stays lasting over 4 days, a certificate clearing you for spa treatments will be required from you.
