Spa Information :
The Spa Centre of Port-Fréjus collects water from the sea, 700m away from the shore and 18m deep under the surface. Its purity and quality is controlled permanently.

The centre can take up to 60 guests per half day that receive the best treatments from specialists.

The packages can last between 2 to 6 days, and are generally made for 6 days of treatments rather than 2, comprising accommodation for 7 days, thus matching a complete week of treatments. A total of 20 different treatments is proposed to the guests for their spa holiday in Fréjus, Southern France, all under a strict medical control.

The treatments are usually scheduled alternatively between mornings and afternoons, and provide a personalized relationship between the guest and their specialist. Upon your arrival at the centre, a hostess will propose to you a tour of the centre.

Several themed packages are proposed to you for your spa holiday on the Cote d'Azur. These packages start on Mondays till Saturday, except for the Beauty, Zen and Discovery Spa Weekend that last 2 to 3 days. The treatments proposed to you will be carefully chosen according to your needs.

PRACTICAL INFO:

Between your treatments, the spa centre gives you access to the indoors sea water heated pool, the hammam and herbal tea bar. You shall also have the option of gym classes with a specialised teacher.

The bathrobe, towels and bath cap are provided.

Slippers are compulsory inside the Spa Centre (either bring yours or buy them at the centre). Sportswear also compulsory for the fitness area.

Note that the medical consultation is compulsory for a spa lasting a minimum of 4 days. You can schedule an appointment with the doctor at the centre (counted as a surcharge), or bring your own medical certificate clearing you for spa treatments.

The Spa Centre of Fréjus is open 7/7d.

Fréjus Provence

Mother-Baby Spa Package 6d :

During this spa, you shall find complicity and simple happiness with your baby.

This Mother-Baby Spa Package is a special package for newly moms who wish to be pampered while treating their baby with a pleasurable spa of 27 treatments:

-1 full body scrub at the beginning of the spa
-12 individual hydrotherapy treatments
-3 seaweed wraps
-2 massages
-3 post-birth rehabilitation sessions
-6 treatments in the pool

For your baby:
-1 mother-baby massage
-2 aqua-baby sessions

For the duration of the Mother's treatments, an auxiliary childcare nurse will gladly take care of the Baby at the nursery.

Required vaccines: BCG (for the nursery), both 1st injections for Pentacoq (for the pool access). Your baby will not be able to enjoy the facility if these requirements are not met.

This Mother-Baby Spa starts on Mondays only.

The post-birth spa on the French Riviera will help the newly moms regain strength, fitness and balance. A midwife will be there to accompany the new mother through the post-partum treatments, the perineal or abdominal rehabilitation treatments, the gym courses that aim at a considerable weight loss and tonification of the muscles and whole body.

The baby must be over 3 months and less than 9 months to be able to enjoy this spa package.
