Spa Information :
The spa centre of the French Riviera, linked to the Baie des Anges Hotel, proposes a 2500m² area dedicated to relaxation and well-being.

It is divided into 4 distinctive zones:

Thalasso and Spa Area: where you can find all the individual treatments cabins for hydrotherapy and massages treatments.
Recreational Area: with 3 outdoors pools among which a sea water and a heated pool, an indoor sea water pool with swan neck ducts, waterfalls, geysers, boiling seats, sauna and hammam... Also in that area: you shall have free access to a cardio-training spot, a solarium and aqua-gym and fitness sessions .

Beauty Area: this universe is dedicated to the beauty treatments of the body and face, as well as the scalp, all this using well renowned cosmetic brands.

Relaxation and Herbal Tea Area: this resting area is set facing the outdoors pool and solarium. A water fountain and organic herbal tea are available there for you.

A spa on the French Riviera offers a wide variety of spa treatments. You shall be pampered and well taken care of.

PRACTICAL INFO:

Free access to all the Recreational Area for the client and accompanying guest staying at the hotel.

The bath cap and pool slippers are compulsory (offered for all stay with treatments lasting more than 5 days; or can be purchased at the front desk for the shorter stays -with treatments). Bath robes and towels are furnished.

The medical consultation is strongly advised for a spa sojourn and is compulsory for any spa package lasting 2 days or more. You can have a medical consultation at the hotel (as a surcharge for the Marine Energy, Institute and Short Stay spa packages; included in the price of all other 6-day spa packages), or you can bring along a medical certificate from your doctor clearing you for spa treatments.

The treatments are scheduled either in the morning or in the afternoon. They start the day following your arrival at the spa hotel of the French Riviera.

All the spa packages start on Mondays (arrival at the hotel on Sunday), except for the Marine Energy and Institute Spa Package that can start on any day of the week.

No treatments for minors and pregnant women.

The spa centre on the French Riviera is open everyday, between Monday and Sunday.

Antibes - French Riviera near Nice

Nutritional Balance Spa Package for 6 days :

The Antibes Spa Centre, on the French Riviera near the Mediterranean Sea proposes to you its very own slimming spa package. The Nutritional Balance Spa Package was designed to gently get you into shape, while keeping a close medical and nutritional look on you. You shall get to taste delicious dietetic meals at the spa hotel's restaurant.

To help your body regain tonicity and strength, this spa package associates the beneficial properties of sea water to a well balanced and good nutritional habits. For this Nutritional Balance Spa Package to work fully, the full board is compulsory.

To help with your diet, the spa hotel's restaurant of the Spa Centre on the French Riviera will prepare inventive and balanced dietetic menus for you only. No drastic diets, just pleasurable meals to help you slim down nicely.

Your spa break on the Cote d'Azur comprises of 27 treatments for 6 days such as:

-7 individual hydrotherapy treatments

The nutritional assessment and the dietetic follow up will help you regain better eating habits.

You shall also have free access to the recreational sea water pool of 33° -as well as the activities around it, the solarium and all of its 3 outdoors pools (amongst which a heated pool), to the cardio-training room and to the gym courses, sauna or Turkish baths.

To help you reach your slimming goal, recommended gym and fitness sessions are proposed to you in the recreational area.

To loose as much weight as possible, enjoy all the other sports activities that a spa on the French Riviera proposes.

This Spa Package starts on Mondays only (you must thus arrive at the spa hotel on Sunday).

Bath cap and anti-slippery slippers are compulsory inside the spa centre, they are offered for this Nutritional Balance Spa Package. Bathrobes and towels are also provided.

The medical consult is compulsory and is included for this spa package.
