The Spa Centre of Brittany benefits from an ideal geographical location. On the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, you shall enjoy the strong iodine air of an incomparable purity that offers the guests the perfect environment for a spa vacation in Northwestern France.

For you spa package you shall have access to state of the art equipments and be followed by certified monitors. The physiotherapists, hydrotherapists and beauticians will be there to take care of you and make sure you are enjoying a most pleasurable stay.

The thalassotherapy centre is directly linked to the 4-star Dietetic Spa Hotel. You shall be able to go to it from your room wearing only your bathrobe.

For the duration of your spa sojourn in Quiberon, you shall have access to the spa center's facilities: 25 meters long indoors heated sea water pool and aquatic course, outdoors jacuzzi with panoramic view, individual cabins and small waiting areas or relaxation areas... You shall also be able to rest at the sauna, hammam and fitness room of this spa centre of Northwestern France.

You should also take the tile, while on your spa holidays in Northwestern France, to take care of yourself at the beauty area. Beauty or slimming treatments will be proposed to you by experienced beauticians. Note that this area is open to women as well as men. Men are also entitled to a short beauty break with the scrubs, massages and other beauty treatments.

Sophrology and yoga sessions are proposed.

Bathrobes and towels are provided for your spa break in Quiberon. For the guests staying at the hotel, slippers and bath-caps are offered.

PRACTICAL INFO

Note that for the Newly Mom Spa Package, the adult accompanying guest's lodging is free of charge. Breakfast and meals are to be counted as a surcharge (to be paid once there).

As from 4 days of spa treatments, the medical consult is compulsory. You will be able to undergo the consult with the center's doctor (not included in the package). Or, you can also bring along your own medical certificate clearing you for spa treatments.

The spa centre is open every day, Sunday mornings included.

Brittany Quiberon

Harmony Spa Package 6d :

Go for a spa vacation in Northwestern France on the peninsula of Quiberon and discover all the beauties of this peculiar part of France. Enjoy a well-being spa break in Brittany where relaxation and rest awaits you.

For either a weekend or a full week stay on the Atlantic Ocean, this spa centre invites you to let yourself go in an outstanding setting and zen décor. Away from the stress of your everyday life, you shall be pampered by the knowing hands of the professional therapists of the spa centre.

The Harmony Spa Package lasts 6 days, and proposes the following treatments:

-1 full body scrub at the beginning of the week
-17 individual hydrotherapy treatments of your choice
-3 underwater showers
-3 seaweed wraps
-6 massages

And to make your spa break in Brittany all the more complete, you shall have free access to the heated sea water pool, sauna, hammam and fitness area for the duration of your stay at the spa hotel of Brittany.

Bathrobes and towels are provided. The bathcap is offered to the guests staying in the guests staying at the hotel. Slippers are compulsory inside the spa centre (you can either bring them along or buy them at the spa centre).

Note that the medical consult is compulsory for spa packages lasting 4 days or more. You shall be able to undergo the medical consult at the spa centre or bring along your own.

Close by, you shall have access to the following activities: VTT, tennis, golf, sailing, land sailing, kayaking, surfing, fishing, horseback riding... Or for more quiet activities, you could try your luck out at the local Casino.
