Spa Information :
The Spa Centre of Brittany, in Port Crouesty, is integrated to the luxury hotel Miramar Port Crouesty. Thus there will be no need for you to leave the hotel to get to the spa centre. The spa centre itself is nearly only lit by the day light, and you can enjoy from there a panoramic view of the sea water lake.

You shall enjoy the particular attention of the professional and certified staff of the spa centre.

A wide range of sports activities is proposed to the guests: oxygenation, aqua-stretching, aqua-fitness, aqua-well-being, fitness while facing the sea... All these activities are of course monitored by certified instructors. Also: sporting sessions with an individual coach are also available.

PRACTICAL INFO:

Bathrobes and towels are provided. Bathcaps and slippers are compulsory.

Access to the fitness area is granted to the guest and accompanying guest for the duration of the spa treatments.

Free access to the sauna, hammam and fitness area.

The medical visit is compulsory as form 4 days of spa treatments at the spa centre of Port Crouesty (as a surcharge). You can also bring your own medical certificate clearing you for spa treatments.


You can start your spa package on any day of the week, except for the Prasama, Wu Dang and Thalasso Spa Packages which start on Mondays.

Enjoy a spa break in Brittany and get a taste of the benefits this Thalassotherapy Spa Package can offer to you. In the tonifying setting of the Morbihan Gulf, experience a complete relaxation under a particularly warm and sunny weather...

Your spa centre of France proposes to you to discover the pleasures of thalassotherapy and spa treatments. It is a 6-day package during which you will try out treatments based on sea water as well as beauty treatments.

The Thalassotherapy Spa Package comprises of the following treatments:

-6 Massages of the world: Abhyanga, Californian, Balinese, 4-handed shower, manual relaxation, Kansu
-6 baths (multi-jets and jacuzzi)
-3 seaweed wraps
-3 beauty treatments: 1 “Velvet Skin” Scrub, 1 Zen facial and 1 Zen wrap with Neroli.

You shall also have access to the relaxation facilities, hammam, sauna, fitness... Enjoy also monitored sport activities in the pool: aqua-stretching, aqua-fitness, aqua-well-being...

Note that the shaping up course of the spa centre of France is in renovation.

On top of your spa package, you shall also be able to discover the treasures of the surroundings: the megaliths site of Carnac and Locmariaquer not too far from Vannes, the “Jardin des Papillons” and the Aquarium of the Golf Course where you can admire over 15000 different butterflies and several marine species. You shall thus be able to complete your spa in Brittany by discovering the region while relaxing and enjoying the nice weather.
