Spa Information :
Ideally located on the Miramar beach, the spa centre of Biarritz is only a few meters away from the city centre. It was entirely renovated in 2002 in an innovative way and featuring an interesting concept consisting of « Private Pavillions ».

The centre is divided into 4 pavilions, each of which has its very own decor and theme thus allowing you to enjoy private moments of your own and simply have a good time.

These private areas are the ones where most of the individual treatments take place. For the duration of your spa, you shall always be received in the same pavilion, in keeping with the high standards of the establishment.

The organisation of the space at the Spa Centre of Biarritz is a unique and new concept of undertaking the clients, based on the following : space reorganization, accent on intimacy and conviviality, recreational and sensual address of the treatments, innovative activities and treatments, longer treatments and state of the art materials, all of which contributing to a personalized spa.


Moreover, the area around the main centre reminds of the sweet weather of the region, inviting to a refreshing and soothing spa break. The resting area and herbal tea bar, facing the Atlantic Ocean are all the more calming and simply invites you to relax and gaze at the sea.

On the upper levels of the centre, you shall find individual desks where you will be privately received and taken care of.

The Turkish bath features a dim lightning, large columns and a oriental decor, making it a warm and pleasant relaxation area.

The « Relaxation Lagoon » is a unique piece of art that offers unforgettable moments of pure relaxation and rest. There you shall feel like you are floating among clouds, surrounded by a soothing music. It is a trip you are going to want to take again and again.

Close by you shall find two pools with underwater jets. Aqua-gym, rehabilitation, muscular and circulation sessions are to be taken there.

PRACTICAL INFO

On top of your scheduled treatments, you shall have free access to the fitness areas: outdoors and indoors sea water heated pools, fitness room, sauna and hammam.

Bathrobes, bath-caps and towels are provided for your spa vacation.

Slippers are compulsory inside the spa centre (you can bring your own or by a pair at the hotel). They are offered for the 6-day spa packages.

For any stay lasting over than 4 days, a medical certificate is required.

For the spa packages lasting less than 4 days, you will be asked to sign a discharge.

The medical certificate is compulsory for pregnant women. They should state their condition along with the booking, or at their arrival at the spa centre.

The Spa Centre of Biarritz is open everyday. Mondays to Saturdays between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm and 2 pm and 7pm. On Sundays between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm and 2 pm and 6 pm.

Newly Mom Spa Package 6d :

After having spent 9 months caring for your baby only, take the time for this very special spa dedicated to your well-being only. You can enjoy this spa package 3 months after having given birth (the perineum rehabilitation must have been done before). Note that your baby must have had all their vaccines (2nd DT polio vaccine).

The Spa Centre, ideally located on the Miramar beach, only a few steps away from the city centre, offers a perfect geographical site for a spa break in Biarritz. You shall also enjoy the nice climate of the region, the best you can have for a restful and relaxing spa vacation.

Inside one of the 4 private pavilions of the centre, you shall benefit from a specific program focused on helping you getting back into shape after the strains that pregnancy might have caused you.

This Packages comprises of 27 treatments spread on 6 days such as:
-1 full body scrub at the beginning of your spa
-12 individual hydrotherapy treatments
-3 seaweed wraps
-2 massages
-3 post-natal rehabilitation sessions with a physiologist
-6 pool treatments

And for your baby: 2 Aqua-Baby sessions and 1 mother-baby massage.

Baby Club available for babies between 2 and 8 months (for the duration of the Mother's treatments only).

Note that accommodation is free (excluding food and drinks that are counted as a surcharge) for the accompanying guest and the baby.

On top of your spa treatments, you shall have free access to the sauna, hammam and fitness room of the Miramar. You shall also have access to the indoors and outdoors sea water heated pools.

The bathrobe, bathcap and towels are provided for the duration of your spa break in Biarritz. Slippers are compulsory inside the complex, they are offered to you for this spa package.

Note that for all stays lasting over 4 days, a certificate clearing you for spa treatments will be required from you. Although, for this Newly Mom Spa Package, the certificate is compulsory.
