Featuring 5 cabins, the spa centre of your luxury spa hotel in UK suggests various « Rituals » aimed at harmonising body and mind.

For relaxing spa holidays, Chester Grosvenor & Spa makes you benefit from the Thermal Suite which comprises of:

- crystal steam room: efficient to remove toxins and to clear sinusitis
- themed shower: « waterfall » or « rainforest » to reinvigorate body and mind
You shall experience the beneficial effects of changing temperatures, and the chromotherapy (a therapy that uses colours to stimulate emotions)
- ice fountain: this technique uses fine crushed ice and is ideal to cool the body after a sauna
- herb sauna: perfect before or after a massage, this sauna has a higher humidity than conventional saunas and improves blood circulation and clears the body toxins. You will appreciate the relaxing effects of aromatic essences that change with seasons
- foot baths: very relaxing, this spa treatment shall enable your feet to get warmed and soothed in two individual foot baths

The spa centre of the Chester Grosvenor & Spa is opened from Monday to Wednesday as from 10am to 6pm, on Thursday and on Friday from 10am to 9pm, on Saturday from 9am to 7pm and finally on Sunday as from 10am to 6pm.

Spa break - 5 days : The Chester Grosvenor is a haven of peace that welcomes you for an unforgettable spa break in UK. Located at the heart of Chester, this luxury resort will enable you to discover the city in-between your treatments.

This spa break package offers the following treatments:

Day 1
- customized facial
- back, neck and shoulder massage or Detox Body Polish
These treatments shall take place on a half-day

Day 2
- Indian massage for the head (30 minutes)
- aromatherapy back massage (30 minutes)

Day 3
- hot stone massage (75 minutes)

Day 4
- exotic ritual beauty for the hands (30 minutes)
- spa treatment for the feet (30 minutes)

Day 5
- intensive muscular massage
- intensive facial or anti ageing spa treatment
These treatments shall take place on a half-day

To complete your spa holidays in Europe, you shall enjoy the free access to the gym of the Chester Grosvenor Hotel. Convivial and cosy, the gym is equipped with mechanic bikes, treadmill, rowers, etc.
