The spa centre of the Lake Resort in Portugal features a unique concept you shall most appreciate during your spa holidays in Algarve. Its spa treatment cabins are all different and display 5 different ambiences, specific to continents. Each cabin provides with different spa treatments according to the ancestral therapies of each continent.

The spa centre of this luxury spa resort in Portugal is separated into 2 distinct parts: the Blue Spa and the Green Spa. On the one hand, the Blue Spa shall provide you with water spa treatments such as seaweed wraps, Vichy shower or other hydromassage baths. The Green Spa, on the other hand, will enable you to experience the relaxing benefits of massages and dry care treatments.

In-between your spa treatments, you should not miss to enjoy the free access to the wide range of facilities of the hotel's spa centre: sauna, whirlpool baths, steam bath and sensory showers will complete your spa holidays in Algarve.

Moreover, to enliven your spa break in Portugal, we particularly recommend the indoor heated swimming pool. It will enable you to spend relaxing moments, as well as to get back in shape thanks to its aquatic course equipped with swan necks, massaging jets and heated bath chairs...

The Lake Resort spa centre is opened daily as from 9am to 8pm. Children below 16 years old do not have access to the spa centre.

Its unique concept will make you profit from spa treatments specific to each continents. The Spa uses world-recognized techniques for you to relax, and can even help you get slimmer, to firm up your body, or to restore your skin elasticity.

If you look forward to loosing weight gradually, your spa hotel in Algarve provides you with a slimming spa package. This luxury spa programme combines soft water spa treatments, firming massage, sport, and shape up sessions. It therefore differs from other classical spa packages as it also offers, in addition to spa treatments, some personal sport sessions along with a tailor-made slimming programme.

In order to recover and firm up your silhouette, the Lake Resort's spa centre suggests the following spa programme:

Day 1:
- a 60-minute tailor-made sport session
- a 60-minute spa massage
- a 45-minute slimming spa treatment with coffee
- a 45-minute endermotherapy: this spa treatment is an exclusivity of your spa centre which focuses on a global approach of the human body with a view to act preventively on the aging process.

Day 2:
- a 30-minute cardio fitness session
- a 60-minute spa massage
- a 30-minute Ocean therapy
- a 60-minute lymph drainage massage
- Refreshment

Day 3:
- a 30-minute cardio fitness session
- a 60-minute spa massage
- a 25-minute Vichy shower
- Refreshment
- a 60-minute firm up body spa treatment
