The spa centre of this luxury spa resort in Mauritius is a 5 Mondes Spa. The first 5 Mondes Spa was created in Paris for the first time with a specific motto: indulging in spa treatments inspired by the best beauty ancestral traditions from all over the world. Ayurvedic massages, Chinese Taoist massage and exotic flower baths are but a few of the spa treatments you will indulge in... You will treat yourself to a wide range of lavish spa treatments and get pampered to the utmost!

All products used in the spa centre of Paradise Cove are tested under dermatological control, and are silicone free. They do not contain mineral oil or artificial colouring either.

The spa centre spreads over 1800 square yards and features 10 individual cubicles: 2 Turkish baths, 2 wrapping and scrubbing rooms and 6 others for facial and body spa treatments. You will get pampered under thatched roof and in rooms opening onto private lush gardens.

The 10 cubicles are located around a central swimming pool in which you will cool yourself between 2 spa treatments.

The spa centre is open from 11 am to 8 pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and from 3 pm to 8 pm on Sundays.

Slippers, bath towel and bath robes are provided in rooms.

Ideally located between the touristic town of Grand Baie and the charming village of Cap Malheureux, the spa hotel is the starting point for you to discover the Northern part of the island.

The spa centre of the Paradise Cove Hotel,called the Spa Cinq Mondes, proposes to you treatments inspired by beauty rituals from around the world. Indian Ayurvedic massages, Chinese Taoist massages, Flowers from Bali rituals, tropical flowers baths, or even scrubs with papaya purée and rassoul wraps ; all these treatments should take you for a sensual and relaxing trip.

The Well-Being and Serenity Spa Package proposed to you by the Cinq Mondes Spa Centre of the Paradise Cove lasts 3 days and focuses on the well-being of your body and mind. In a zen and soothing setting, let yourself go in the hands of the expert therapists of the centre.

Your Spa Ritual will go as follows:

Day 1
Lasting 2 hours, this exquisite spa ritual comprises of:
-1 aroma and flower bath of 30 minutes: this prepping treatment is ideal before a massage or a facial. It comprises of a ceremonial bath with the beneficial properties of essential oils, petals and colors. For a complete relaxation of the body and mind.
-1 Radiance scrub “Papaya Purée” of 30 minutes: with natural extracts of papaya, this scrub is an exquisite treatment based of a recipe from the Siam Kingdom. Your skin will be softened, brightened and radiating health.
-1 Balinese massage with “Melting Tropical Nut Balm” of 1 hour: this relaxing massage will make you experience a mix of soft Thai stretching and traditional massages.

Day 2:
This second day of spa will help you relax with 2 hours of treatments:
-1 Aroma and Colors Turkish bath session (30 min): this session comprises of a colored bath which combines the beneficial properties of personalized essential oils and chromatotherapy. It is ideal to prepare your body and mind for a massage of a scrub.
-1 Taoist Anti-Stress facial massage (1h30): this complete face treatment is followed by a massage. It works directly with the whole body and will help you completely relax. Inspired by a Chinese Taoist ritual, it focuses on the anti-stress acupuncture points of the face, neck and trapezius muscle.

Day 3:
On your third day at the spa resort of Mauritius, enjoy this 1 and a half hour of treatments comprising of:
-1 aroma and flower bath (30 min)
-1 Ayurvedic warm oil massage (1h): this very old indian massage with warm oil will regenerate the energy, vitality and tonus of your muscles. Any tension you might have will disappear quickly and you shall feel lighter and less stressed.

On top of your spa package, you shall be able to enjoy free access to the spa center's pool.

Alone, with your loved one or with your family, you shall enjoy going for strolls in the splendid garden of the spa hotel. Twice rewarded, the garden has a large amount of plants, flowers and endemic and exotic tropical plants. Or maybe you would prefer a spectacular sunset on the lagoon and its beautiful creeks ? Moreover, if you enjoy water sports, you shall be able to have fun with the large variety of water sports and activities proposed by the hotel such as water skiing, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, glass-bottom boats among others.

Note that the spa centre is open between 11am and 8pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and between 3pm and 8pm on Sundays. Bathrobes, towels and slippers are provided to you.
