The Residence Mauritius′s spa centre is a seat of Eden, where over 600sqm are dedicated to putting your mind and body at rest. It offers a wide selection of massages, treatments and cures adapted to your needs and requirements, and prestigious La Prairie treatments.

Indeed, the centre puts a very personalized approach forward, centred on listening and adapted treatments. The Sanctuary was recently ranked amongst the World′s 10 best spa centres by Cosmopolitan magazine and in Vogue′s top-20.

Tonus, wellness, relaxation and meditation programmes are on offer.

The Residence spa centre also boasts a unique concept, set up with La Prairie. Over the last few years, the prestigious Swiss cosmetics′ group has begun opening centres called Art of Beauty in prestigious palaces. After opening centres at the Ritz in Paris or the Regent in Hong-Kong it chose the Residence Mauritius and its Sanctuary spa centre′s refined and exotic setting to establish itself in the Indian Ocean.

La Prairie′s concept is to combine its products with the know-how and expertise of professional therapeutists. Indeed, each an every treatment from La Prairie requires a series of 5 techniques including French hand brushing, Japonese shiatsu and acupressure. The La Prairie ritual begins with shoulder massage, in order to enhance the body and the mind′s receptiveness.

Other treatments available: Caviar, age management, special treatments for sensitive skin, body exfoliations, essential oil massages, steam baths, exfoliating peelings, aroma baths, rieki, hot stone and fresh marble massages, Thai massages, etc. Treatmnts and cures can be booked on the premises at the spa′s reception.

The Cruise Spa Package 5 days : The Residence is one of the most luxury hotels in Mauritius. Everything in its decoration is lavish and subtle, and thought to make your spa holidays in Mauritius as refined as possible. This luxury hotel of Mauritius welcomes you to a world of sheer indulgence!

On the first day of your spa holidays:

- steam bath

- golden scrub: a complete body exfoliation followed by a massage that will leave your skin cleansed, smooth, soft and ready for getting tanned.

- sole reflexology: inspired by millennium Chinese traditions, this technique focuses on acupressure under the arch of the foot and ankle. It stimulates all vital functions for a sheer moment of relaxation and wellness!

On the second day of your spa break:

- serenity walk: you will awake your body in front of the Indian Ocean thanks to stretching exercices and deep breathing. You will be accompanied personally by a teacher.

On the third day:

- a Sanctuary massage: an inspired cocktail of scents and fragrances of Mauritius, for the wellness of body and mind! This massage is based on several techniques such as yoga, aromatic body massage and reiki.

On the fourth day of your spa package:

- yoga

- stone therapy: massage using hot basalt stones, cold marble, and essential oils. It will help you get rid of any muscular tensions.

On the fifth day of your spa package:

- after-sunset La Prairie facial spa treatment: specific after-sun soothing treatment, to save the skin from sun damage while vacationing

- cellular lipo-sculpting body treatment: a softening and hydrating beauty spa treatment. It also removes body toxins for slimming and draining effects.
