Scheduled over a 7-day programme, this package comprises of the following:

Day 1

Especially designed by your spa in Asia and scheduled over 3 hours and 20 minutes, the Datai Indulgence programme will revive your entire body. It comprises of the following:

- a foot scrub with essential oils
- an Ayurvedic body scrub
- a herbal steam bath or a relaxing petal bath
- a 4-hand Datai massage: this synchronised massage performed simultaneously by 2 therapists uses long deep strokes that will induce deep relaxation.
- a Cleansing spa facial: lymph circulation for the face, a moisturising and toning face massage, eye treatment with gel application
- an Asian-style foot massage: a reflexology massage that will work on your energy points.

Day 2

- a clay body mask with hair scalp conditioning Elixir
- a herbal steam bath
- a 25-minute Asian-style foot massage: a combination of acupressure and foot reflexology that will relieve soreness and discomfort in your muscles as well as reduce stress, mental and physical fatigue for an overall well being.

Day 3

- an Ayurvedic facial with Ayurvedic hand and eye spa treatment

Day 4

- a Tibetan hot stone massage (80 minutes): the perfect combination of hot stones and essential oils will help to relieve your muscular tensions - the stones placed on your energy points and chakras will massage and relax your body. - a relaxing petal bath

Day 5

- an 80-minute relaxing Balinese massage: this traditional massage combines body stretching, therapeutic massages and deep strokes that will unknot your tensions.

Day 6

- an 80-minute Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage: ancestral massage that works on the body and mind balance thanks to the use of rich therapeutic oils known for their highly relaxing properties. Your spa in Asia will melt away your tensions wile you enjoy the surrounding soothing and enchanting decor...
- a 50-minute Ayurvedic Shirodhara massage: natural sesame oil is used for a face, neck and foot massage that will work on the energy points “marma” followed by a spa treatment focused on the 3rd eye, that is on the forehead. This blissful massage will end with a hair scalp massage before you enjoy an Ayurvedic tea.
Day 7

- a 60-minute organic herbal hydration envelopment: acting as a purifying scrub, this wrap will thoroughly cleanse your skin leaving it with a smooth refined texture. This spa treatment will be followed by an Elixir hair scalp.
