Like other spa hotels in Indonesia, the Conrad Resort features its own spa centre and offers you luxury holidays in Bali. As its name implies, the Jiwa Spa focuses on the spirit (Jiwa means spirit in Balinese). This spa in Bali has its own philosophy and works on your 5 senses to reach your spirit and bring you peace and wellbeing.

For your spa holidays in Bali, you shall benefit from Balinese ancestral tethe Fitnesschniques combined with ayurvedic and aromatherapy spa treatments. The essential oils and spa treatments are based on natural products with relaxing and tonifying properties. You shall enjoy the beneficial effects of mangoes, ylang-ylang flowers, cinnamon, hibiscus flowers and coconut milk. After your spa experience at the Jiwa Spa, you shall leave the Conrad Bali with an overall sense of wellbeing as your body and mind shall be more relaxed.

The spa centre features 12 spa treatment cabins among which 2 suites dedicated to couples. The luxury Conrad Bali also puts at your disposal: a reflexology area, a relaxation room, a 25-metre swimming pool, a sauna, a steam bath, whirpool baths and a cold water pool.

The Jiwa Spa Centre is opened daily as from 8am to 10pm. The Fitness Club is opened 24h/24h.

You shall enjoy the following spa programme:

- a 30-minute ritual bath: all your tensions shall rapidly fade away in this whirlpool bath subtly perfumed with lavender essential oils, to restore your energy and vitality. And for a perfect relaxation, small lighted candles shall accompany you with their soft and soothing glow.

- a 60-minute exfoliation ritual: this exfoliating spa treatment with rose petals will purify your skin, leaving it delicately perfumed. For a true body cocooning experience!

- a 2-hour royal spa treatment: a typical Indonesian beauty spa treatment based on Balinese natural products and spices. This spa treatment will be completed by a ritual bath with flowers.

- a 3-hour vitality spa treatment: a complete treatment combining foot reflexology, back massage and scalp massage. This spa treat combines acupressure techniques with aromatherapy for immediate relaxing effects!
