All three serve diet meals if you are on a slimming diet, and on full board. At the Sofitel, a Balanced Personal Nutrition programme is set up on a daily basis with the help of a dietician, for the time of your stay. This way, you will learn how to organise your eating habits by taking into account your nutritional balance sheet, your physiology, your living habits and your tastes.

On the Hotel Sofitel’s seventh floor, enjoy a relaxing moment in the solarium, on the panoramic terrace, or in the 72sqm indoor and outdoor swimming pool, that looks out to the city’s parks and the Allier Lake.
To complement your balneotherapy, the hotel also features a fitness centre, with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, solarium, fitness and work out room. In the summer, a free water shuttle will also take you to the golf course.
Hotel Sofitel also gives you the opportunity to rent out bikes on the premises.
Hotel Novotel Thermalia comprises an outdoor heated 20sqm swimming pool, with a miniclub and a fitness centre equipped with jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, fitness and work out room. In the summer, a free water shuttle will also take you to the golf course.
Some shuttles also leave depart from Hotel Ibis and take guests to the golf course.
