Because of its scenic setting, Evian′s thermal waters are located on the lake′s waterfront, in a naturally green environment, where you are free to fill up your lungs with the fresh and invigorating air of the Alps, in the French department of Haute Savoie.
The thermal waters boast state-of-the-art equipment, ideal for total relaxing the space of a day, a weekend, a week or even more.

Hydrotherapy cures, beauty treatments and Club Forme fitness centre (with 10 fitness teachers giving as much as 8h of lessons every day) all take place in a luminous and stimulating atmosphere.

The Club Forme fitness centre offers: fitness lessons (body-pump, body-combat, body-sculpt, step, body-balance, gym douceur, stretching), aquagym with a view on the lake (water temperature averages at 33°C), cardiotraining, wide and diverse range of work-out equipment, and relaxation with aquarelaxation, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna on the menu, with unlimited access to the facilities.

The following balneotherapy services are on offer:
Thermal treatments: aquamodelling, relaxation modelling, jet showers, watermassages baths, swimming pool, multijet showers.
Body treatments: relaxing modelling, Zen modelling, Nuad Bo Lan (traditional Thai modelling), foot massages, reflexology, thalatherm (steam bath treatments), Reiki (Japonese relaxation treatment), draining, exfoliations, pressotherapy.

Facial treatments: moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, and complete facial therapy
Men′s treatments: body and facial treatments
Relaxing treatments: relaxation therapy, Relaxman (physical and mental relaxation coccoon), massage bed, aquarelaxation

Physiotherapy and fitness programmes are also on offer and take the form of 6-day cures, balneotherapy cures or à la carte treatments.

The duration of the cures can be extended, and you will thus benefit from the 6-day cure′s treatments plus the extension.
Evian Sérénité extension: a reflexology session, Zen harmony modelling to fight back stress, fatigue and help you reach complete relaxation.

Evian Zen extension: Thai le Nuad Bo Lan modelling, Asian foot massage and Evian aquamodelling. You will experience an Oriental approach to a better balance between body and mental energies.

Evian Diététique extension: you will be given advice regarding your eating habits and will have to take an impedance-metric test. This helps balance weight control and diet advice, all the while enjoying your meals.

The oriental relaxation techniques and treatments will procure you a real harmony of energies and a new serenity. Later on, you will be able to use these techniques in your daily life to deal well with stress.

This Rebirth Spa Package can start on monday and end on friday. It consists of full day spa treatments (mornings and afternoons).
