The Mieux-Vivre institute helps you determine your energy capital, how to preserve and nurture it. In order to assist you in so doing, you will be given the opportunity to benefit from professional treatments, focusing on a thorough knowledge of your body, nutritional balance and an energetic harmony. Their know-how was perfected by Oriental masters in the discipline, in Thailand, India, China, Japan, and Korea. Your body will gently and progressively find itself reinvigorated, and your body will enjoy a continuous flow of pleasure

Professional experts with extensive knowledge of their discipline are the ones who give the Mieux-Vivre institute′s treatments. Doctors, beauticians, masseurs and physiotherapists at the institute were all trained in their country of origin to specific techniques (Thailand, Japan, China).
The quality treatments focus on speaking and listening, a dialogue requiring roughly 1h15mns on average.

The Mieux Vivre institute offers new treatments, including Ayurveda treatments, such as facila therapy (a soft approach to help stimulate dynamism and fluidity by liberating all forms of tension), Shirodhara (hot water helps climax your way to wellness and emotional balance by touching the « third eye » on the brow), Abhyanga massages (frictions, rubs, pressure and strokes help enhance body and emotional mobility), Cathedral wraps (coloured clay wraps), and Movement of life (soft sport activities).

Royal Suite: 100sqm, with an exceptional view on the lake, located on the 5th floor, large double room with a spacious private salon and a balcony.
Edouard VII suite: 158 sqm, lake view, large double room with a spacious private salon, situated on the 5th floor in the heart of the building, panoramic view, bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

Room amenities: minibar, television (staellite TV and Canal+), pay TV, inroom safe, direct-dial telephone (answering machine upon request), alarm clock, bathroom comprising scales, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe and slippers, daily newspapers, Internet access.

Synergetic cookin relies on a synergy bringing all types of food together, depending on seasons. This synergy is unrecognized and underrated in the West, but the subtle associations, which found this cuisine, are cunning.

Sports et leisures : The Royal Parc Evian′s Children′s club is a world of its own. It boasts its very own swimming pool, restaurant, indoor and outdoor playing areas, workshops, a dance room, a multimedia area and a theatre. Thus, kids are free to play in the park, create and increase their knowledge under the full supervision of qualified and competent staff.

Meanwhile, parents have all liberty to rest and dedictae themselves entirely to their own activities. The miniclub is open all year long, free of any charge.

SPORTS
The wide range of facilities on offer at the Royal Parc Evian allow its guests to try out or practice different activities, such as swimming, tennis, archery, squash, climbing, « Oxygen » trails...

In the park′s surroundings, you will explore a region ideal for extreme sports amateurs, such as trekking, mountainbiking, canyoning, raquettes, surfing and skiing in the « Portes du Soleil resorts”.

GOLF
Golf lessons are available from March to November.
Collective classe for children and adults also on offer : 2-3 people minimum and 6 maximum.

All golf levels mix and blend in Evian, be it beginners, confirmed, semi-professional or professionnal players.
Various formulas are on option: semi-intensive, intensive, course, weekend, children and junior programmes.
